Before you order
If you are unsure whether a Lumestone fits your headstone, urn or memorial bench, write to us with a photo and we will tell you honestly whether it will work. We would rather talk you out of the wrong size than take the order.
After you order
Every plaque is engraved to order and dispatched within 48 hours. Your memorial page is available the moment you order, so you can add photos, videos and the life story before the plaque arrives.
If something is damaged, lost, or does not scan, email support@lumestone.app with your order number and we will make it right.
Returns and guarantees
You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return. Please email us before sending anything back so we can issue a return authorisation and a shipping label. The full conditions are set out in our refund policy.
Separately, the lifetime scan guarantee applies: if your plaque ever stops scanning under normal use, we replace it free of charge, for as long as you own it.
