Where we ship
Worldwide. Lumestone ships to every country we are legally able to deliver to.
Shipping cost
Shipping is a flat fee added at checkout, not a percentage of your order:
- United States: $4.90 per order
- Every other country: $7.90 per order
The fee is the same whether you order one plaque or three. If your checkout currency is not US dollars, the equivalent amount is shown in your own currency before you pay.
Production and dispatch
Every Lumestone is engraved to order. Orders are produced and dispatched within 48 hours. You receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery time
Delivery time after dispatch depends on the destination country and the local postal service. If your order has not arrived and you are worried about it, email support@lumestone.app with your order number and we will look into it.
You do not have to wait for the plaque
Your memorial page is available the moment you order. You can add photos, videos, the life story and the music straight away and have everything ready before the plaque reaches you.
Import duties and taxes
The price you see at checkout includes the taxes we are required to charge. We do not collect import duties at checkout. Depending on where you live, your customs authority may charge import duty or import VAT when the parcel arrives; those charges are set by your country, not by us.
Address changes
If you notice a mistake in your delivery address, email support@lumestone.app as quickly as possible. We can usually correct it while the order is still in production.
